Clinical Operations Updates

FROM: Dr. Alan Jones, Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs
SUBJECT: Clinical Operations Updates
We’ve been able to bring back online several systems and applications that impact clinical operations.
Here are a few updates:
- Contact U is back up
- Online call schedules are updated and current
- Phone lines and paging systems are active
With these systems now functioning, please return to regular (pre-downtime) clinical communications procedures, effective immediately.
Epic is scheduled to be back up and available for full access at 5 a.m. tomorrow. When that is done, all health system areas should return to regular processes and schedules.
We will provide additional timely updates as needed.
