HealthStream

HealthStream is an internet-based learning management system. At UMMC, we use it for educational record-keeping, class registration, live classroom training, web-based training and reporting. HealthStream is also used for all employees to complete annual compliance training.

This application sends out email notifications for assignments and has status updates so you can keep track of your progress.

All required training via HealthStream is counted as work time and should be completed while at work. Voluntary learning via HealthStream, that is not directed or required, can be completed at the sole discretion of the employee.
