Core Facilities
Office of Research Cores and Infrastructure
With more than a dozen specialized areas, UMMC's Office of Research Cores and Infrastructure (ORCI) offers researchers tools, technologies, and expertise to compete for grants and make their investigations stand apart.
Core facilities, often directed by faculty researchers and staffed by expert technicians, offer investigators services from ultracentrifuge analysis to complete veterinary care. Core facilities collaborate across departments, universities, states and nations.
