The UMMC Specialty Pharmacy Program uses a call center to help patients reach their UMMC pharmacist or technician by phone.

Patients can also reach their UMMC pharmacist or technician through direct messaging in MyChart. Program staff will try their best to respond within 30 minutes to MyChart messages received during normal business hours. You can log into MyChart or set up a new account by visiting www.umc.edu/MyChart.

The UMMC Specialty Pharmacy Program partners with multiple UMMC outpatient clinic locations to provide you with the best care possible. If you need to contact your non-pharmacy provider, please call (601) 984-1000 so an operator can direct your call to the appropriate clinic.
