Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We believe that our students, employees and leadership should reflect the communities that we serve. Stacy Baldwin became the new Chief Integrity Officer, leading UMMC’s offices of Integrity and Compliance, Contracts Administration, Information Security and Policy.

Having been with the Medical Center for over 25 years, Baldwin has served as the Medical Center’s executive director of the Office of Integrity and Compliance since June 2018. In that role, she has worked diligently to enhance the institution’s compliance program by updating the UMMC Compliance Plan, restructuring the compliance committees and reorganizing the Office of

Integrity and Compliance, which included building a compliance team that focuses on working collaboratively with our workforce. She also served as founding director of the UMMC Office of Contracts Administration, where she managed all contracts-related staff, facilitated the development of an electronic contract submission process and developed and implemented contract policies.

Baldwin’s new position opens the opportunity for her to use her combined years of experience in service to the Medical Center.
