Main ContentDelta School-based Clinics
The Mercy Delta Express Project provides mobile school-based health care to children in the South Delta School District, which serves about 1,100 students. As there are no pediatricians for either county, the MDEP seeks to fill this gap in care through the provision of medical, dental and health-education services. Additionally, the MDEP serves as a clinical learning environment for nursing, medical and dental students.
Delta Clinics
Aside from the mobile unit, which is housed at the School of Nursing, the MDEP has in-house clinics at South Delta High School, South Delta Middle School, South Delta Elementary School and the Ripley-Blackwell Head Start Center.
