The Center for Advancement of Youth (CAY) encourages all faculty and staff to integrate their research interests with their professional responsibilities as scholars, clinicians, and teachers. This allows CAY to provide both the highest quality clinical services and opportunities for participating in research discovery to our patients and their families.

Almost every CAY staff member is connected to research in some capacity. CAY faculty, clinicians and staff conduct research and grant-funded projects, give presentations at local, national and international conferences, and integrate research education into the training experiences of all trainees.
