Translation and Interpretive Services

The University of Mississippi Medical Center offers in-person Spanish interpreters/translators and a Choctaw liaison from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

We also provide a language line which offers 24/7 access to:

• Over 200 languages
• Sign language interpreters for our hearing-impaired patients
• Certified translation services through our contracted vendor
• Special arrangements can be made for use of a TTD, materials in Braille, communication boards, eyeglasses, etc.
