The Health Careers Development Program (HCDP) is an eight-week program that provides observational learning opportunities designed to help undergraduate, graduate and professional students/learners to explore career opportunities in health care and understand the education and skills that different occupations require. The Health Careers Development Program term for undergraduate, graduate and professional observers is eight weeks long. Each participant can receive up to 40 hours of shadowing experience and credit.
