Greetings from Oxford!

The tulips are blooming, the weather is cool, and Rebel baseball is rolling… all signs that spring is in full swing in Oxford!

Students have been very busy not only with course work but active community engagement. Oxford ABSN students rallied in efforts to help Mississippi residents in need after the recent tornados ripped through our fellow communities. Students raised, organized, and distributed an enormous amount of medical supplies, household goods, clothing and food to support those impacted in a meaningful way.

Students were onsite to welcome over 11,000 visiting students and their families, and provided first aid care at the 2nd annual Mississippi Day. It was a gorgeous spring day in the Grove, and visiting students enjoyed interacting with current students and hearing the wonderful stories of their nursing experiences!

The Oxford campus recently hosted this year’s Ignite Career Fair with many local nurse employers who offered high praise for the students’ professionalism and preparation.

Way to represent, Class of 2023!
