Project Rationale (Up to 6000 characters)

Discuss the need for this project and, specifically, its relevancy to diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice and/or racial equity. Rationale for the need for funding should be included. Include any research or best practices; however, this section is not intended to be a full literature review.

 

Project Narrative (Up to 10,000 characters)

Be concise and describe the overarching goal and specific aims of the project. You should outline the purpose and targeted audience(s) that will be supported and involved in meeting the objectives and goals of the project. Include up to three (3) SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-specific).

 

Total Amount Requested: Amount field. (Up to $2500 dollars)

 

Project Budget and Budget Justification (Up to 3500 characters)

Include an overview of the budget and how funds will be used. Include if other sources of funding will also be used to meet the goals of this project.

 

Project Implementation Timeline (Up to 6000 characters)

Although implementation activities and intended outcomes may exceed a 12-month period, please describe project activities and use of the funds through from February 1, 2022 through January 30, 2023.
