Committee Members and Charge

Curriculum Change Process

  1. The faculty member will create the proposal which must include:
    1. Curricular change form
    2. Course Syllabus in SGSHS format
    3. Faculty Qualifications Form
  2. The faculty member must submit the proposal to the Program Director for approval.
  3. The Program Director will submit the proposal to SGSHS Curriculum Committee for review and recommendation.
  4. Following committee approval, the Curriculum Committee Chair will submit a recommendation to the Graduate Council for recommendation to the Dean.
  5. The Graduate School Dean will then approve or deny the recommendation.
  6. The Curriculum Committee Chair will then notify the Program Director and/or SGSHS faculty of approval or denial of curricular change.

  2. Course Syllabus in SGSHS format
  3. Faculty Qualifications Form
  4. Letter of Program Director approval
