Changes to Telehealth Visit Documentation
A few changes are coming to the look and workflow requirements for clinical information entered into the Telehealth Visit Documentation Tab.
- When Yes is marked that a patient consented to the Telehealth Visit and Visit Method: Audio Only is selected, a new close encounter point will display.
2. This hard stop will require time be entered within the LOS and will link to the LOS section in the wrap up activity when selected.
3. If No is marked for patient consented to Telehealth Visit, all requirements are removed.
4. There is no longer hard stops within the form, however completing all Telehealth Clinical Information will be a requirement to close the visit.
5. There are new close encounter points that will populate as hard stops, requiring Telehealth Clinical Information be entered prior to closing the visit. Once the required Telehealth Clinical Information has been entered, the visit can be signed and closed successfully.
