To comply with the ADA, it is now required to document whether inlays are replacements, the same way you document whether prostheses and crowns are replacements. 

This required information will be included on outgoing claim forms. When using the SmartList in the Completion Details window, use the F2 key to open the selection list and complete the required variables.
