Prescription Now Includes ICD-10 Code

If an associated diagnosis is indicated prior to signing a medication order, the ICD-10 code will also be reflected on the prescription. The authorizing provider will have to associate the diagnosis if you desire to have the ICD-10 code appear. Diagnosis association is optional for medications.
