Neuroradiology

Application Information

Candidates must have completed an approved diagnostic radiology residency prior to the start of the neuroradiology fellowship. The program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).

The program is accepting applications for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years. The position for the 2017-18 academic year will be filled outside of the Match. The 2018-19 position will be filled in the NRMP Match.

Interested applicants should submit the following no later than Jan. 31, 2017:

  • A completed application
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal statement
  • Three letters of reference (one must be from the applicant's residency program director)

Once all the above-named items have been received, the application will be reviewed. Interview invitations are extended on a rolling basis beginning in mid-October. Interview dates are November through February.

An applicant without United States citizenship must have a J-1 visa or a Permanent Resident Card in order to be employed as a resident/fellow at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Graduates of foreign medical schools must have an ECFMG certificate. All parts must be current when the applicant begins the program.
