My Approach to Healthcare

My approach is patient-centered and focuses on prioritizing what is best for the patient first. To achieve that, team leadership is important to ensure all members are prepared to care for the patient. It is also crucial to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the system we function in to avoid pitfalls and optimize areas of inefficiency. Treating patients like one's family is an excellent compass to maintain dedication and clarity when challenges arise.
