Biography: I am a native of Mississippi and earned my undergraduate and medical degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. I continued my education with my fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. I joined the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2011 after six years in community practice. I am proud to offer high quality care in a tertiary care medical center and contribute to the education of MS's medical students and Gynecologic surgeons. I have extensive experience in minimally invasive and robotic surgery and I am one of the leading Gyn robotic surgeons in the state and southeast. I am passionate about women's health and women's cancer care and strive to continue to improve the care for women in the state of Mississippi.
My Approach to Healthcare
I’ve always found my job extremely rewarding. I’m truly honored and privileged to participate in women’s lives at a time that can be frightening and uncertain. My goal is to comfort patients and guide decision-making so that each woman is cared for at the highest level.
