Biography: James Bofill, M.D. is a Professor in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine. He is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. After receiving his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Middle Tennessee State University, he earned his medical degree and post-graduate training from University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine. Dr. Bofill then completed his maternal fetal fellowship training at University of Mississippi Medical Center. He served as Maternal Fetal Medicine Director at UMMC from 2003-18 and has been on faculty for over 20 years.
My Approach to Healthcare
I provide quality, compassionate care for patients with high-risk pregnancies. I enjoy working with the multi-disciplinary team with the Center for Maternal and Fetal Care to make sure the mother and baby or babies receive the most comprehensive care right here in Mississippi.
