At least 4 weeks before the start of rotations at the UMMC Jackson or Grenada campuses, the affiliated program coordinator should utilize the link below to schedule badging/criminal history review appointments for their students. The affiliated program coordinator may choose to schedule the appointment on the students' behalf or forward the link below to the students so that they may self-schedule.
If students already have notarized and unexpired "clearance letters" issued by a licensed healthcare facility in Mississippi, please select the "Affiliated Student Badging ONLY" appointment type and attach copies to the appointments for review. If students do not have valid clearance letters, please select the "Affiliated Student Badging and Fingerprinting" appointment type.
For larger groups, affiliated program coordinators should account for additional processing time and make arrangements to pick up students' completed badges in a batch. If students are self-scheduling, instruct students to answer "My instructor will pick up the badges as a group" when they schedule their appointments.
