Biography

I am section chief of Interventional Pulmonary and Co-director of Lung Cancer Screening Program. I have completed Pulmonary Critical Care fellowship at UMMC and Interventional Pulmonary fellowship at Yale University. I specialize in advanced minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic techniques related to lung cancer and benign airway diseases. My active research work focus on advances in therapeutic bronchoscopy for central airway obstruction and analysis of the response of upper airway mucosa to respiratory viruses.
