Biography

Dr. Kyle is a Professor of Pathology and the Director of the Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology Labs (main campus), UMMC Riverchase Lab, and UMMC Colony Park-South Lab for the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is board certified as a Clinical Chemist (ABCC), Toxicological Chemist (ABCC), and Forensic Toxicology Specialist (ABFT). In addition to providing laboratory oversight, he also teaches medical students, dental students and Pathology residents. He is an international speaker, has authored over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, and serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals. His research interests include pharmaceutical toxicity, analytical method development, laboratory management and emerging biomarkers of disease.
