Biography
Mallory Stokes, OTD, OTR/L is a native of Brandon, MS. She received her Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2016. In 2023, she received her post-professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham along with a graduate teaching certificate from the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning.
Dr. Stokes's clinical specialty is primarily in pediatric occupational therapy. She has extensive clinical experience working with children and students ages 3-21 with various diagnoses in the school-based setting, as well as with their families. Dr. Stokes is passionate about promoting and encouraging the occupations of play and leisure across the lifespan, not just in children, and acknowledging the effects of mental health and wellness on occupational performance.
