Beginning Feb. 10, The MIND Center will host the next Caregiver University sessions from 10 a.m. to noon through Feb. 20.
Caregiver University (CGU) is a two-week virtual training program for individuals currently providing in-home care or anticipating providing care for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. There is no charge to attend, and all classes are taught by UMMC geriatric and MIND Center clinicians, as well as community experts from Mississippi organizations that provide care and support services for individuals living with dementia.
