Why did you choose UMMC?:
Children’s of Mississippi is the only stand-alone children's hospital in the state… I knew that my training would be unmatched anywhere else. Plus I appreciated everyone’s kindness and sincerity at my interview dinner. The down-to-earth residents and the compassion of the program administrators made it clear that UMMC would be a good fit for me.
Career Interest:
To be the best pediatrician I can be! I’m not sure whether I would like to do general outpatient or subspecialize at this point. I’m looking forward to exploring all of my options further during residency.
What makes you unique?:
I enjoy singing in the choir at my church back home. Also, I like pineapples on my pizza.
What you like to do in your free time?:
Trying new restaurants, cooking, baking cakes and brownies, doing my makeup, getting mani/pedi’s, shopping, and watching movies.
