Here, research is underway to help children live healthier lives, starting from birth. Fetal medicine, neonatal care, treatments for diseases and congenital defects, healthy habits and more are the subject of research aimed at helping children reach their full potential.
This education and research mission of the Department of Pediatrics is brought to life at Children's of Mississippi, the state’s only such facility devoted to pediatric patients, and through the network of Children’s of Mississippi clinics offering pediatric specialty care throughout the state.
