Biography Information:
Hailing from Pensacola, Florida, Dr. Samantha Payton graduated from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her hobbies range from ghost hunting and gulf fishing to PC cRPGs. She chose UMMC because she found the faculty and residents to be extremely supportive, collegial, and enthusiastic about pathology. As a former statistician, she’s happy to build R algorithms upon request. Her goal is to become a general pathologist in a community hospital system with a focus in cytology.
