The self-study task force promotes excellence in the LCME self-study process by providing oversight of the process and coordination for the self-study subcommittees. The steering committee reviews subcommittee updates and reports and provides guidance in the collection and analysis of data and the development of recommendations for the medical education program. The membership consists of the chairs of each of the five self-study subcommittees, the education QI director, institutional and board members as well as medical students.
The 2018 SOM LCME self-study is being conducted by five subcommittees and guided by the faculty accreditation lead (FAL), Dr. Loretta Jackson-Williams, Vice Dean, and the self-study task force. Click on the committee name for a list of the members.
