Human Resources is thrilled to introduce an exciting new initiative: the HR Roadshow. This program is designed to bring HR directly to you, our valued employees.

What is the HR Roadshow?

The HR Roadshow is our way of connecting with employees in a more personal, approachable and convenient manner. Every third Wednesday of the month, we will set up at various locations across our organization, making it easier for you to engage with HR without needing to come to us. Our team will answer your questions, provide information and discuss topics such as benefits, leave of absence, career development and much more.

This initiative is more than just an informational session. It's an opportunity for you to meet the faces behind HR, build relationships and gain a better understanding of the resources available to you. We want to ensure that every employee feels supported, informed and connected to the broader organization.

Why Should You Attend?

Our goal is to cultivate a positive and cohesive relationship between HR and all employees. Whether you have questions about your benefits, need guidance on a leave of absence or simply want to know more about what HR can do for you, the HR Roadshow is the perfect opportunity to get those answers in a welcoming environment.

How to Find Your HR Business Partner

In addition to attending the HR Roadshow, we encourage you to get to know your HR business partner. Your HR business partner can provide personalized support tailored to your specific department or role. To find your HR business partner in Workday, simply navigate to the “Support Roles” tab. • Aug. 21: Main hospital entrance, 7-9 a.m.
• Sept. 18: Lower Amphitheatre R153, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Oct. 16: Wiser, 2-4 p.m.
• Nov. 20: JMM - Center Stage, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Dec. 18: Pavilion entrance, 8-10 a.m.
