A number of interesting events is scheduled for the upcoming week at the Medical Center.
Tuesday, July 14
Chancellor search committee to host listening session at UMMC
Medical Center faculty, staff and students can "tune in" online when members of the Board Search Committee leading the search for the next chancellor of the University of Mississippi hear from constituency groups in a Campus Listening Session at the University of Mississippi in Oxford at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14.
The discussions will center on the qualities and qualifications stakeholders believe the next institutional executive officer should possess.

Monday, July 20
LSU scientist to examine auditory system's architecture

Dr. Charles C. Lee, assistant professor at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, will present "Functional Architecture of the Central Auditory System" at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 20, in room CW 106 of the Classroom Wing.
All Medical Center faculty, staff and students are invited. The seminar is presented by the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomical Sciences and the Department of Otolaryngology and Communicative Sciences.
