Born in Texas and raised in rural Mississippi, she attained her medical degree from University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. She completed her Family Medicine residency here at UMMC. She is committed to providing comprehensive health care to her patients. Outside of clinical practice, her hobbies are hiking, baking and crochet.
My Approach to Healthcare
I see and evaluate patients in the Family Medicine clinic. I have training in osteopathic manipulative therapy and perform these techniques to assist in musculoskeletal complaints. I also serve as a faculty supervisor and assist in training the Family Medicine Residents in the clinic and hospital settings.
