Biography: Ann Kemp, MD is board-certified in Family Medicine. She received her medical degree as well as completing her Family Medicine Residency at the Medical College of Georgia. She has a pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia. Dr. Kemp is also a USCIS designated Civil Surgeon.
My Approach to Healthcare
As Family Medicine faculty, I supervise Family Medicine residents with the goal to teach and supervise residents to provide competent, compassionate, individualized patient care. In my personal practice, I see those patients that must get a medical examination from a USCIS designated civil surgeon. As a USCIS designated civil surgeon, I am authorized to complete the required USCIS I693 form needed for the permanent residency (green card) application. At UMMC Family Medicine, our immigration staff and I feel honored to serve these patients as they go through the process of becoming United States citizens.
