Biography: Dr. Thy Huynh is a native of Montgomery, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama
School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical
Center (UMMC), pediatric dermatology fellowship at Harvard Medical / Boston Children’s Hospital and a
clinical research fellowship at Northwestern University. She is currently an assistant professor in both Dermatology and Pediatrics at UMMC. She serves as lead physician in Pediatric Dermatology and the Director of Clinical Trials in Dermatology. Her research interests include atopic dermatitis, teledermatology, acne, hidradenitis, Covid skin lesions, genetic skin disorders, and skin trends.
