My Approach to Healthcare

My approach in providing surgical care is rooted in two principles. First, I believe that plastic surgeons have a special duty to concentrate on restoring form and function. This means considering procedures in the context of improving our patients' quality of life in terms of how their body works, and how they perceive their own body and its appearance. Second, I believe in a patient-centered approach to surgical care. I try hard to listen to my patients and their families, to collaborate with them on the best approach to tackle their problems and help them achieve their health goals.
