My approach is based on three pillars (Excellence, Accountability and integrity); I believe in personalized customized high-quality medical care. I have certain "FAB Rules in Medicine", here are some: FAB rule #1: Do no Harm; #2 Cool Calm Collected, #3 All invasive Procedures including ERCP are most dangerous when least indicated, the rules go on to 151, but now, on to the most fun rule, rule #4 FAB is fabulous.
