My Approach to Healthcare
My approach to healthcare is centered on accurate diagnosis, timely communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered clinical decision-making. As a pathologist and cytopathologist, I view my role as an essential part of the patient care team, helping clinicians obtain clear, clinically meaningful diagnostic information that guides treatment. I focus on careful morphologic evaluation, appropriate use of ancillary studies, clinicopathologic correlation, and communication with clinical teams through rapid on-site evaluation, fine needle aspiration clinic, tumor boards, and direct consultation. I also value efficiency and innovation, including telecytology workflows that improve access to pathology expertise while saving time and resources. My goal is to provide high-quality diagnostic service that supports patients, clinicians, trainees, and the broader healthcare system.
