Taking the Shuttle from UMMC in Jackson
UMMC provides free shuttle service to and from both Colony Park locations from our main campus in Jackson.
Shuttle schedule
The UMMC shuttle runs every 30 minutes from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Last UMMC Jackson main campus pick up: 4:30 pm
- Last Colony Park pick up: 5:30 pm
Where to board the shuttle
Jackson
Board the shuttle to Colony Park at UMMC Shuttle Stop 13, near the front entrance of University Hospital in Jackson. If you are exiting the hospital, the shuttle stop will be around the sidewalk to your left. The covered enclosure at the stop faces North State Street.Ridgeland
The shuttle will pull up directly in front of the main entrances of both Colony Park locations.Using public transportation
Patients using public transportation, such as JTRAN, should continue using their usual routes to the UMMC main campus in Jackson. Currently, the JTRAN stop closest to the Colony Park shuttle pick up is "North State Street @ University of Mississippi Medical Center." Board the free shuttle to Colony Park at UMMC Shuttle Stop 13. The stop is located near the front entrance of University Hospital. There is a covered enclosure with seating. The shuttle from Colony Park will return to this stop.
