John W. Elrod, PhD, FISHR, W.W. Smith Chair in Cardiovascular Medicine, director and professor of the Aging + Cardiovascular Discovery Center at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia, will present the Department of Physiology and Biophysics Seminar, "Beyond Bioenergetics: Mitochondrial Signaling in Aging and Cardiovascular Disease," at noon Wednesday, Sept. 16, in CW106 and online via Webex.

Refreshments will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. The virtual room will open 10 minutes before the seminar.
