Description:

See, Test & Treat® is a prevention and health education program that offers free screenings to uninsured and underinsured individuals who meet the eligibility guidelines.

Available screenings include cervical cancer (Pap test) for women aged 21–64, mammograms for women aged 40–64, oral, head and neck cancer screenings for men and women aged 21–64 and lung screenings for eligible current or former smokers aged 50–80. Participants who qualify for lung screening will receive a free low-dose CT exam.

The event will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the UMMC Pavilion. Light refreshments, health education and access to community resources will also be available.

To determine eligibility, participants may complete the required information online or call 601-815-3572. Those who apply will be notified if they qualify for screening.
