The Mississippi State Department of Health Delta Health Collaborative and the University of Mississippi Medical Center Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) are partnering to present the 2nd Annual Interprofessional Clinical Conference at the Cotton House in Cleveland, MS, on July 16, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Registration sign-in and vendors will begin at 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be available. This free-to-attend meeting offers CE credits. The Interprofessional Clinical Conference will highlight the importance of team-based care, evidence-based guidelines, and best practices for improving cardiovascular health.

All healthcare members are welcome to attend!
