The "You Are Enough" campaign is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness. In a world where the pressures of everyday life can often feel overwhelming, it's crucial to remind ourselves and those around us that they are enough, just as they are. With your support, we aim to raise funds to benefit our employees and students, allowing the Office of Well-being to expand our reach, enhance our services and continue making a positive impact. Every T-shirt sold is a step towards fostering a culture of acceptance, understanding and compassion. This campaign is about spreading a message of self-acceptance and support for mental health initiatives within our UMMC community. So, join us in spreading the message that "You Are Enough."
