Call for volunteers: Sanderson Farms Championship

The UMMC School of Nursing has hosted the the First Aid Tent at Sanderson Farms Golf Tournament for the past five years! It is a great opportunity to support UMMC and Sanderson Farms, who has done so much for our medical center. We welcome any licensed professional who would like to volunteer. Please email Anne Norwood at anorwood@umc.edu if you are interested.

Monday, Oct. 2 through Sunday, Oct. 8

Each day, there are two volunteer shifts.

• The early shift begins at 6:30 or 7 a.m. and ends at noon or 1 p.m. (depending on the day).
• The second shift begins at 12 - 1 p.m. and ends between 5:30 and 7 p.m., depending on the day.

However, we would love for volunteers to participate at any time they can.
