Join UMMC Police for a brief two-hour session to learn to use language that will calm difficult people, redirect behavior, and help defuse problem situations. The class is available on Tuesday, June 13, from either 8 - 10 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and will be hosted in classroom 4A. Please register ahead.
