Description:

The Center for Integrative Health will host Spring into Wellness, an annual 5K race, a family fun run, and a community health fair on Saturday, April 15 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

The goal of the event is to provide a unique opportunity for people of all ages and all levels of fitness to enjoy participating in an event that nurtures their mind, body and spirit and creates a healthier Mississippi. Signups for the course can be completed online via RaceRoster. Attendance for the Health Fair is free and open to the community.
