Dr. Justin Turner, an internal medicine physician, CEO of Turner Care, LLC and chief medical officer for the Mississippi State Department of Health, will be the featured speaker for the Vice Chancellor Lecture Series on the topic of community engagement at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 21 in SOM 122.
