Lyndsey Dill, MSN, AG-ACNP, and Ashley Allen, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C will present the Mind Center's Continuing Education Event "The Role of Multidisciplinary Teams in Alzheimer's and Dementia Risk Reduction and Prevention" on Wednesday, August 31 online via Zoom. 

This presentation will explore roles that various team members play in influencing health care decisions of their patients and families to encourage lifestyle and behavioral changes to reduce risk of ADRD. Participants will explore the impact of co-morbidities in older adults and the effects on cognition and overall health.
