Description:

Dr. Jennifer Mack, Lead Bioarchaeologist for The Asylum Hill Project, will give the virtual seminar "The Asylum Hill Cemetery Exhumations: Fact vs. Fiction," at noon on Monday, July 18, online via WebEx for UMMC Employees to inform them about the upcoming archaeology work that will begin on campus this fall. A team of archaeologists will begin exhuming human remains that were associated with the Mississippi State Lunatic Asylum between 1855 and 1935.
