Annual Family Medical Conference to offer updates to medical providers

UMMC Family Medicine is scheduled to host the Family Medicine Update, a comprehensive program to educate primary care providers, from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 21, online via BigBlueButton.

The event will feature medical updates, current information and management strategies for various diseases, including cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, nephrology, neurology, pediatrics, women’s health, and the most common problems encountered in clinical practice. The program will provide an update on the latest recommendations involving many subspecialties linked directly to the primary care physician, physician assistant and nurse practitioner.
