My name is Inder Kaur and I was born and raised in India. I earned my medical degree from Pt. Ravi Shanker Shukla University in India and then completed a residency in Clinical Biochemistry (Thesis submission- Lipid peroxidation and Antioxidant enzymes in Coronary Artery disease). My professional interests include addiction medicine, cardiovascular diseases prevention, mental health, research, and academia. I enjoy spending time with my 4 dogs (Lucy, Popsicle, Goldy & Bobby), going for walks, swimming and watching movies. Currently, I am working as Assistant Professor in UMHS, Saint Kitts and Nevis and am a third year student in Master of Pain medicine Program at USC, LA. I am very excited to join Preventive Medicine residency program at UMMC, Mississippi.
