Description:

The Center for Integrative Health (CIH) will host Spring into Wellness, an annual 5K race, a family fun run, a farmer's market, and a community health fair on Saturday, May 4, from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the CIH, 331 Sunnybrook Road, Ridgeland, MS 39157.

The CIH is committed to creating a healthier Mississippi and offers specialty care for adults and children with chronic illnesses. The Spring into Wellness event allows the CIH to extend its mission beyond the clinic to the community. This event provides a unique opportunity for people of all ages and levels of fitness to enjoy an event that nurtures their minds, bodies and spirits! This event will feature: 

• a 5K run/walk,
• a family fun run,
• a free comprehensive health fair,
• fitness classes,
• health screenings,
• children's activities,
• cooking demonstrations,
• and a farmer's market.
